Reading it again, in one breath they say both finance facilities are almost done and dusted then a cap raising for the mezzanine is becoming "increasingly attractive".

If the whole deal is to be completed by month's end, is there enough time to organise the cap raising?

Might not be that bad for holders as the new issue will be to sophisticated investors (hate that) who'll hang in for the long haul imho. Maybe new issue will be held in escrow anyway.

Trading on tsx tonight could be a pointer. Lot more volume has been going through than here.
