they will almost certainly do the raising to the tune of $80m. May cause some short tern softness in the SP - but not weakness.
Alt of mezzanine financing is a shocker. Basic terms were in a report in the fin last week. Wouldn't sign up to that garbage unless you were BNB.

Much happier if they do the raising even at 1.60 than agree to 5%+ sign on fees on top of extortionate rates and an agreement that gives the bank control in the case of any default.
