Well HBSWRX, I think thats going the be the case however if they need $US 80 million. Then the mind ponders on how many shares, price and to whom issued? Guess we'll find out sooner rather than later!
You know i would like some sort of convertible note or Bond issue eg 8% interest redeemable for x amount of shares later. Wishful thinking I know!
