Wangaratta is the second largest city of Indi and recently lost its four most senior managers after having being on extended sick leave and diagnosed with work-related stress for months. It is currently without a senior management team and faces costs in the $millions as well as the prospect of further turmoil.
The decision by Local Govt Minister, Mathew Guy, to change planning regulations has further confused this matter and further upset many locals.
