Neighbour is a tradie and was at work with two others. One brought a Staffie.
All was well until the Staffie went missing then returned with a dead, dirt covered cat in its mouth.
They looked around and saw a cat bed, water and food bowls. Panicking they had the idea to wash it then place it in the bed.
That night the owner phoned asking about the cat.
Neighbour said he knew nothing.
Owner "Well I'm totally perplexed.
It died and we buried it two days ago".
