RE: DRILL STEM TEST, MIRAGE NO 1, PEL 115, SOUTH AUSTRALIA

A drill stem test of the interval 1,322 to 1,329 metres recovered 11 barrels of 57º API
oil over a flow period of 96 minutes.

In addition, one and one half barrels of water,
considered to be mud filtrate, was recovered.
The test was of a sand in the Murta Formation, the topmost prospective formation to
be tested by the well.

Participants in the drilling program in Petroleum Exploration Licence 115 Cooper
Basin, South Australia and their respective interests are:
Victoria Petroleum NL (Operator) 40%
Roma Petroleum NL 20%
Impress Ventures Ltd 15%
Entek Energy Ltd 12.5%
Tacnas Pty Ltd 12.5%
