It will be interesting to see how the ABG responds, given their backing to date for BCL (not to mention their share ownership) and the support for BCL from the other eight landowner groups.
Also it will be interesting to see whether the Miriori-Daveona handshake reflects the broader view of the SMLOLA (and a petition and photos of landowners with anti-BCL placards and tee shirts are not necessarily any indication). Will the court still want a new AGM to be held?
