"AUSTRALIA - Broad Investments Ltd (BI) agreed to acquire the Technology Managed Services Business (TM) of AMS Global Inc, an online advertising services provider. Upon completion, TM was to be renamed as Mirrus Managed Services".

Why has Tom Crowder (Managing Director of Mirrus) posted that he has been working with Mirrus Managed services since March 2008??? Is this odd that he has been working since March and the deal only completed last week???
