what if you can service the debt ??
what will happen say in 15 or 20 yrs time when their assets will be worth 100 bill and their debt only 20 bill say for arguments sake , you dont see profit there ??

i dont know if you have bought commercial property ever but i have and yes the rent paid it of for me and now i live of that..

i did buy it in 1994 and yes there were times where i thought of selling it especially 95 and 2000 but fought through it and now im getting rentall income per annum as much as what i payed for it....

so in long term yes you do make money through property aspecially commercial, no doubt about it...
