I think the key issue is whether the schemes were fraudulent or not.

If they were fraudulent, then many class actions worth to be taken - against the advisers, against the management, against the auditors, against J Young, R Hance, ... and Growers/shareholders may be able to claw something back.

The present “Parliamentary Inquiry into Agribusiness Managed Investment Schemes” might well serve for this purpose. But at present the voices of big corporations and Government bodies prevails and those of GTP and TIM victims are muted.

So what can we do? Obviously we have to take actions: to voice our views and demands to the Inquire, to take class actions, to bring the culprits to justice, to defend lawful rights by ourselves.
