    It seems the spiteful buggers at MIS are holding a gun to Sinosteel and Yilgarn's heads saying either give us 7 bucks a share, piss off, or we'll destroy the whole tender process and hand it to MMX/Mitsu on a platter. I for one hope that Sinosteel calls their bluff!
