But will sino cave in and cough up $7 for a chance to be a part of the infrastructure tender that they may not win in the end?
Sino will have already decided what to do. I wouldn't bet on it but there is a fair chance that sino will not cave in.
If that happens Yilgarn don't get nominated. MMX wins by default. MIS sp starts to fall back and sino accumulates at lower prices.
it is certainly an interesting stand off.
