Not sure about price or timing bit it would be a fair way above current price and we might have to wait a while.

MMX management said during the MIS bid they wouldnt sell out too cheaply. Their announcement towards the end of the bid process really spelled this out....it basically implied they would not object to a Sino takeover as long as the price is right.

The ultimate price will be worked out behind the scenes as it will need agreement of Harbinger, POSCO, Mitsubishi, Sino etc.

MMX management will ensure shareholders are looked after and get the best price they can.

And again as for CHM, the WA government didn't see a problem with awarding the infra tender to MMX. Another reason why its immaterial.
