I think merger will happen ultimately.
I know its not what MMX shareholders want to hear but it needs to deal with its past either through completion of court action or a settlement.
Sino have already said they wont chase MMX until this issue is put to bed.
If MMX puts this issue to bed suddenly MMX will become the prey not the hunter which must be good for your share price.
