All well and good, but to me, the quotes are indicating that the losses are to be reimbursed by the financial advisors due to the nature of the investment not suiting the investor.
I am surprised to see TFS listed as a failed MIS project however. I'm not so sure that this is correct, and have a feeling that the 'as well as' part of the quote may in fact indicate something entirely different to the failed project aspect of the findings. There is a big difference between TFS and the other listed company's, ie, they have not collapsed.
I am certainly unaware of TFS having a failed MIS project and have certainly not seen it declared in any annual report.
I don't see these findings having any detrimental affect to TFS.
I still consider TFS a LT Buy, and will continue to add to my holdings at attractive prices.
