Back in the mid 70's CNG (Central Norseman Gold - one of our top producers at the time) went from $1 in '75/76, down to 35c in late '76 .... then up to $25 by 1980 ish .... Always hard to believe.
I remember it well. Bought them for $1 and "had to sell" at 35c. (!!) .... Four years later, the same shares would have bought two houses! Does happen, but hard to get right
