I didn't say everything was hunky dorey, I said the ASX wouldn't have a leg to stand on about the sp rising near the close.

Law & co are looking shiftier by the day but have got their grubby hands on a decent resource. The for sale sign will be up as soon as they get their oppies. 7 rigs on site to drill the guts out of it before then to prove up more resource.

Best case from here will be;
- MIS prove up a good resource
- Sino make a revised bid which Law & Co approve after May
- They take their millions and f... off
- MMX wins the infrastructure tender
- MMX/Mits/Sino all form a JV
- MMX runs the mining and infrastructure and gets it started asap
- All parties happy except a few burnt within MIS along the way.
