Hey Trees.

I had some conflict with the managers friend over 12 months ago, and I'm still awaiting the outcome of the grievance process.

Her friend was slandering me at work.

12 months ago!

Still no outcome!!

I believe that I act professionally at work, and have no problems with anyone else, from Professors to Cleaners.

In fact I'm held in very high regard by the vast majority of my workmates IMO.

But to accuse one of the 'Sisterhood' of bullying, is probably not a good career move by me.

But I aint going to lay down over this.

Bullying is entrenched in the Public Health System IMO.

One of the support staff was being bullied by her manager, but was told that the manager had NO case to answer.

Despite this, the employee was advised to stay off work for her own personal safety!!

Double Grrrrr.....
