I don't think that flowers and chocolates would work with my current protagonist.

Unless she likes Rose stems with the flowers cut off, a la Morticia Addams!!

Unfortunately it's gone past the conciliatory stage.

I personally object to being treated like crap by a wet behind the ears Gen Y upstart.

But I'm not a Misogynist (the favourite buzz word of the moment), and some of the most capable people I've met in my 51 years have been Women.

My criticism would be equal if she was a bloke.

Some Women seem to think that they need to act like Men to get noticed.

They seem to forget that you can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.

Anyway, I've got to watch my blood pressure, which was 159/117 at work yesterday, even though I've recommenced taking medication.

I don't want this person and her cronies to see me have a stroke and drop dead on the spot.

I'd probably be criticised for not giving two weeks notice!!
