having gone to the agm, and after reading the relevant comments, i have worked out who miscman man is - he must have been the guy, sitting in the middle - who also tended to vote against the resolutions - and who also asked some questions. miscman is right - most shareholders sat there like stuffed mullets, and dutefully accepted the crap that was dished out - but not watso and miscman
