For goodness sake. After all that has happened and all that we have seen, I would have thought that removing Monsour and the other two new directors was a no brainer.
I appreciate Monsour's financial contributions over the past few years but he is clearly part of the old Jones culture and we desperately need a fresh start.
I was glad to see Corr leave and not surprised to see Ando resign, although I would have prefered to see Ando stay for the short term till things settled down.
Definitly want Kalland and Lonngren to stay. They are not only very well qualified but relatively new to the board. Then there will be room for one or two new directors and we can then look forward to getting this company back on track in 2012.
Forget the share price in the short term. We have got to get our house in order first, which we began a few weeks ago and hopefully complete on Tuesday. Then let the new Board do their job.
