imo only --- he's a capitalist with true Mention liberalism. He's not a Liberal (in name only) neoconservative. Turnbull represents the true Menzies philosophy.
To everyone else.... he's hanging around just like Howard is. No difference.
Turnbull hasn't "moved on" to a job because he's a rich banker/investor. He doesn't need to get a job.
Have you noticed the kind of work Gillard is doing? This is what made her such an excellent PM.
Have you noticed what Rudd is doing? This is what made him such a crap PM.
Have you seen what Abbott is doing? Trying desperately to get a job.... any job - but no bugger would have him in Aus he screwed the nation so badly he is tarnished. ..... Only others who he can still con with his weasel-words finally employed him. Now can you imagine Abbott as negotiator for the UK with the Europeans? He wouldn't understand them and they would be laughing at him.....
I wonder what Morrison will be doing besides his Sunday job at the palace of dreams? My guess is he'll be a commentator on SAD.
