    its a resource measurement not a mine generating dollars - its a very expensive hole yet to be dug with capital they dont have in a market getting possibly oversupplied in a few years with cheap available graphite- at the risk of getting thumbs down but thats a fact - like rare earths the graphite supply seems not so rare anymore.
