Seems like Billis can’t even organise himself for his Board push.
Where is the evidence “he” handed over $4.0m so far? If he did, and said nothing until now, why? Perhaps he directed how the $4.0m was spent, in which case, in which case he has failed as badly as the others?
If he didn’t direct how the historic $4.0m was spent, and never promoted he was the actual funder during that period, then he was outvoted 3:1 on his Board position, how good is he? Seems very ordinary to me, hardly a saviour at Rimfire.
So if I summarise everything, we have Billis who seems at best disorganised at worst deliberately non transparent, then GPR under Mike G, who has questionable history (as outlined in these posts) and unknown capacity to fund anything, then an existing Board who has overseen the whole mess unfolding, with no disclosure of transparency to shareholders either.
What a vexed choice for Rimfire shareholders, hard to see this resolving well for shareholders.
