I'm not sure about Asian countries and insurance rebates Skinsy, but I do remember reading this doesn't occur in the UK and is considered a real issue.

We had a small cost advantage over Misight last time I tried to do the comparison on just the two products, but it depends on how ECPs decide to charge their patients - it can vary quite a lot with a global change, or if based on product costs and visits. Australia is expensive for Naturalvue for some reason I don't understand.

The thing holding us back in sales is the reluctance of US ECPs to use Naturalvue off-label when there is an FDA approved alternative.

Misight went from revenue per quarter of $2M to over $20M in 3 years, and the market size is in the Billions (comment from Cooper Companies CEO in the latest quarterly on this).

I note that VTI is recruiting two more Territory sales managers at the moment, so I imagine JC thinks sales will come from this investment.
