    All ASX listed companies have an ASX rep' appointed to them.
    The ASX rep' ultimately determines which announcements are marked 'price sensitive' or not.
    GSW won't be the first to have been affected by ASX's rulings that sometimes are not understood by their own people or by announcements that they have marked as price sensitive but have been issued by ASX as not price sensitive.
