Fantastic - by industry standard, already outsource their DC and last mile to a 3pl. No added value by gsw.
Fruitbox - set delivery times per contract (deliver my box monday at 9am).
Again, no added value by gsw
... NAs customer base on the other hand - complex, evolving, time sensitive JIT inventory over large geographies
On a side note, the AFR went to the effort of asking customers to comment, but didnt bother looking at the download rates internationally (appannie) - the single source of truth for non-enterprise customers (saying a conversion rate of x post trial to give a number on current users)
