SGH have agreed a settlement figure with Maurice Blackburn I believe. There was a 99 % share dilution also....100 shares down to 1.... ouch....
Joel and Bane both have obligations to disclose yet we see time and time again executives aren't going to jail for false or misleading info. They should be. There should be more accountability. Some investors loose a lot of their savings and if they have been told deliberately misleading info then there should be criminal proceedings... but never is...
Worries me a little Joel and Bane are now in the US. If this all goes tits up i am sure he has made a lot of money from his shares already held to buy all those houses he has sold 5 times over.
