Also it is not unknown for a company to release a highlights version of an announcement of a deal.
If they are providing certain rates to this customer they may not necessarily want to give it to the next customer so will not advertise all the in's and outs.
The market gets what it needs news of a big deal being struck and this way future deals are not hampered.
So in short if you are gonna dump a stock least try make an effort.
