misleading announcements

I suggest people read announcements post on:

7 Jan 2008 and 28 March 2008. Appears to me to be misleading but I'd like other comments.

7 Jan - Update of Activities - Page 2
Construction is complete with the exception of the final rail siding and minor punch.....

28 March- page 1 (3rd paragraph)

The Company suspended all construction and testing in early 2008.....

7 jan advises that construction is complete...blah blah bloody blah.

If I'm going to lose my $$ in this co, then I'd like to
have the regulators look closely at them.
