Another pointless thread with the usual suspects playing semantic games yet again.
Defn: Secured - "succeeded in obtaining".
If an independent 3rd party has decided to update it's position on pricing because of "Lake’s success in securing funding" then Lake can publicize that all it wants.
More to the point, Lake HAS successfully "secured" funding in various forms (I e. shareholder capital raises) throughout the year. Nowhere does this statement specify that Lake has received debt funding from an agreement that has progressed beyond an EOI.
Stop shooting from the hip and perpetuating malicious white noise.
