It seems the esteemed leader of MMX has a habit of making statements that are rather misleading.
Examples
"the CHM claims are without foundation"
given on this one it was during a takeover offer this one is quite serious as he later changed wording to CHM not having a right to a "substantial" interest in the assets.
"looking forward to a succesful outcome"
each time he has made this statement the MMX price has jumped and just reading the gloating on HC it is clear that many people take this to mean MMX are going to win as MMX has said so.
The other misleading thing they have done is in their european and US presentation they failed to mention case. Given that CHM has asked for up to 100% of Crossland one would think that full and frank disclosure requires MMX to tell potential investors about case even if they say they dont believe its an issue.
Instead they were silent.
Problem is that roadshow co-incided with the spike in price so MMX may just have a whole bunch of european and US investors who if it does go pear shape can claim they have been mislead.
And MMX supporters want to have a go at CHM directors but the best they do is a bunch of ethnic jokes ....
