    Look at announcement dated 4 April 2014...

    top of page 4 says Manajem HAS provided a 'formal request' to the DMMR in Saudi Arabia to transfer licences

    Now, announcement on 4 June says Manjem has not provided a duly authorised letter.

    I think that is enough to ask some very, very very serious questions on disclosure particularly when the MD is buying stock on market before market sensitive announcements were made!
