    Yes some explanation is needed here. At face value the statement made on April 4 is incorrect and misleading. What is going????? A letter either was or wasn't sent. I am keeping faith but both Manajem and Alara have a dark cloud hanging over them. One seems to be at bit loose with the truth !!!!!!!!
