SAMR approval as an ex Bellamy's holder is not an easy process. Especially when you need time for new compliance requirements. Further I recall the lack of relationship between Bellamy and the authorities on this. It was a relief to have the shares taken over. The fact that NZ has a healthy productive relationship with China on trade under its FTA with it especially when it comes to diary is also assuring. I am not suing the company but if you are and believe it is justified that is your choice but negativity on this simple to understand announcement which gives assurance on critical approvals is petty.
