A2 is double the cost of normal AHF milk and yet still goes off the shelf in record numbers in Coles and Woolworths at its ethically relevant locations Chats'wood & elsewhere on the "North Shore" as it does in Countdown (WOW NZ) in Stoddard Rd, Mt. Roskill in Auckland and Coles, WOW locations in Glen Waverly in the SE Melbourne equivalent of Chats'wood and Mt. Roskill.

The price of normal milk in Australia supplied by AHF to Woolworths (Countdown NZ) is in AUD, $1 per litre, whereas A2 milk can in Australia cost double $2 per litre.

Litre is the EU measure of volume that has been for some strange reason adopted in Australia (it is equal to 0.264 of a gallon used as a measure of volume in American/ modern England and other English speaking countries: the Chinese community on Xuwai are confused by this measure as it is very difficult for Daigou to buy in measures used in political Europe/ EU countries but not elsewhere in the English speaking world).
