Following articles in Beef Central and ABC, looks like lack of cattle management experience from AACo executives / lack of board oversight of processes led to avoidable deaths of 240 head recently. That is a $720K loss (at current price around $3k per head), straight to the bottom line, plus the same agai to repurchase / rebuild - due to lack of due diligence from. Board abhttps://www.beefcentral.com/news/aa-co-loses-cattle-in-two-separate-january-events/out procedures to protect the main assets of AACo, and lack of care and ability from managers on the ground. Again, looks like AACo tried to hide their failures from shareholders again.
