SALE DISCUSSIONS IN RESPECT TO MAGNETITE RANGE PROJECT

Accent Resources NL announces that it has executed confidentiality deeds with interested parties in China to facilitate the exchange of information in respect to a possible sale of the Magnetite Range project. As requested by several parties Accent is preparing a data room to facilitate due diligence of the Magnetite Range project. Following discussions expected to be had in China in the near future Accent will invite interested parties to review the data.
Accent continues to examine all possible options for the Magnetite Range project and on completion of the above will be in a better position to evaluate the benefits of a possible sale.
Magnetite Range is Accents quality Magnetite Iron Ore project located in the mid west of Western Australia and which recently reported a maiden JORC Resource of 391 million tons.

Just a little theoretical exercise for now but may well come into fruition sooner rather than later
As confidence grows with positive incremental announcements from the Company many existing and new Stake Holders appear to be adding to their holdings and that is understandable when you consider If the Magnetite Range Deposit was Sold ( assuming the Board Recommends this course and Share Holders approve ) for the lowest Valuation by Brokers the Company would have 100 to 120 Million Dollars in the Bank Plus other potentially Valuable Assets
One option amongst many no doubt could be canvassed would be a Capital Return to the Owners (Share Holders) of course maintaining adequate funds to fully maximise the other Assets
The way I see it there is a deminishing risk window of opportunity to buy for 20c and turn it into 70 odd cents plus still retaining ownership in the Company
