That is a very interesting comment that you've made my friend. With that comment, it is clear that us shareolders were asked to vote on a resolution that wasn't fully disclosed to us. So how could we be expected to make an informed decision and put a conscience vote on something that we didn't know.
A little like the "trust me" famous words, whereby the poor women got left holding the bundle under the same pretence. THRUST ME..!!!
