Okay, I'm not one to support banks by buying their shares.

How about a good everyday company not linked to financial markets. I put my money in Corporate Travel Management (CTD) in 2012 now sitting on a 5-bagger. Damn those capital markets that are rigged and us poor souls lose money. Of course we could all pull out examples to prove or disprove retail are destined to failure in capital markets.

History clearly shows there is compound growth in capital markets in the long haul. There has to be or the world goes backwards. So our job as investors is pick the stocks that we think have a bright future and react to changes in its fundamentals not be influenced by SP action.
