    Do you pay in full for a Car 3 Months before you get it? Unlikely you pay a deposit; sign a contract (MOU) etc.

    It will be approximately 3 Months till CNQ get Qld Government approval to proceed.
    Mitsubishi have signed a MOU with a $10.0 Mil cash commitment. Also CNQ has other interested parties (LOI).

    Clearly in the eyes of Mitsubishi and others we have a VIABLE mine but understandably Mitsubishi, CNQ and Shareholders are in a FUSTRATING holding pattern waiting for Qld Gov approval.

    The true believers are holding and Directors buying.

    Hopefully the disappointing Tailings experiment will be cash flow natural (overhead recovery) but reopening the mine is the ONLY focus.

    Once Mitsubishi starts investing in CNQ they will be hands on driving the Design, Procurement & Project Management. Mitsubishi and will not accept delays and failure.

    Is CNQ becoming a LT Buy?
