Yes you are correct. It's the first missed timeline in a while though, they have been good the last 18 months or so I reckon.
I have some sympathy for this one because it's not an issue that the company has control over. This is dependent on how fast the ROC Government decides to move, especially if EQX has fulfilled all obligations and it's awaiting final approval.
