Outside the Top 300 ASX there are a lot of reports missing hoped for dates. It is a hard full-on game - they are not severing burgers in some drive through. Our company is outside the ASX 300, one of about 2,000.
The good small caps are just busting their guts trying to comply with ASX reporting. The average are average. Some of the good, occasionally miss quarterlies (a statutory requirement) = a big deal, they can be suspended.
For me, I can only follow between 10 and 15 of 2,000 companies. In my 10 I see delays off and on. If I were following 100+, HF, I would see statutory reports being missed ? possibly ever year.
The much anticipated MRE is Not a Statutory Report = it Does not have a gun to the balls deadline; it is subject to, as more experienced posters have made very clear, a number of external factors, any of which can hold things up.
