When you look at the pattern from the last 2 months they have provided an update that nominates a delay on the last working day of the month. If they follow suit that will be tomorrow.
If they don't have them in accordance with the timeline that they have announced then they should inform the market. If they do have them there is probably less requirement as they have the chips in September in accordance with previous advice provided to the market and are on track with no changes to circumstances.
Given that they have also announced an EGM will be held in October, the market is awaiting the date for this.
