    meagkins imp has got apr. 44 million shares in bemax and that is worth about 1 cent per share to imp holders,imp's market cap is $4 mill their investment in bemax is worth over $10 mill today and increases by $1 mill for every 2 cent increase in the bemax price. just on todays bmx price imp should be above 1 cent per share.
