snosrap,just my opinion but at these levels,even if it drops below 3 its still not a stock i would panic sell.
Again just my opinion tls is not a capital short story,its a efficiency,agility and growth story and imo it appears penn is making the correct decisions in dealing with the efficiency,agility issues and growth opportunities.
But thats why i suggest this must be confirmed by the board showing the confidence in the information they receive by not cutting the div any further and making tls look like a capital short story if they cut further..
ps this is not to say you can't trade a portion of yr holdings.ie sell then buy back .ie yesterday up approx 9 cents but many more sellers than buyers ?.
