    Thought i would trade this one a little more. Sold some for 20 cents. Thought the second or third good report would make this rise. Well i was wrong. This will steadily decline, until the workover rig is in place. I will wait a little while till its in the low teens or single figures, before i reinvest my money. Any thoughts on stategy? Graph looks like its going to decline as well
