missed the class action - what happens next, page-10

As you may be aware, class action proceedings against SGH have now been commenced on behalf of all persons who acquired an interest in SGH shares between 1 April 2015 to 24 February 2016 (Relevant Period).  The proceedings have been commenced on an open class basis, which means that all investors are included in the class at this stage, regardless of whether you have already retained Maurice Blackburn.


You can still retain Maurice Blackburn if you wish to participate in the class action as a funded group member.  You are not excluded from the action if you do not retain Maurice Blackburn.  The class is, at this stage, open, and includes all persons meeting the group definition.  At a later stage of the proceedings, there may be a process at which the composition of the class changes, but notice will be given when and if that happens.
