My main motive for posting here is to alert others that the cool aid bottle is full of money losing BS-as one honest trader commented today....

After several months of arguing with some very clearly underwater and delusional posters - it is just almost a community service to highlight the behavior-
The good thing is that many have maybe stopped hoping and are making decisions based on facts posted by ex holders - and 'bears' facts are what help the less informed to not continue to lose money- of course these are opinions- however the bears on this thread have as a collective spent many hours providing real numbers and research backed up with a lot of facts...And have been constantly insulted.

I sincerely feel for anyone who lost - and applaud those that turned that into alerting others -

With regard to who should get money from the class action and when they signed up - is of little interest to me -it is an in-house discussion for those that are involved.

I am more interested in where the facts that have been discussed end up at the end - of this unpleasant tale of some guy taking what is it 1.2 bill of trusting believing people's money...! And losing it and not telling the truth about it.

so what you're saying is those entitled to the "free money" after they've had losses during that period should not participate even though they did not register? - is that your view?
