Yeah I know that very well and that the $4M only goes to MB members. The insurance is going to be paid even if SGH is liquidated, dead and gone.

How fair is it to ACA members when they are not longer accepting registrations and they won't get any of the $4M but are being diluted by new MB registrations???

I would think every ACA member would think they are getting royally shafted and not want the court to approve settlement.
